Thank you for the tip about installing multiple types of alarms to be sure that you are protected. My sister just moved into a new home but doesn't have up to date alarm systems. She should shop around for quality systems as soon as possible for her safety.

I liked your tip to install both an ionization and a photoelectric smoke alarm so your house is properly protected. My husband and I are very paranoid about fire safety. I'll be sure to look for someone to come install a good, safe system to protect our home!

I liked that you pointed out that it would be smart to replace the batteries in your fire alarm at least once a year. That is great for me to know as a new homeowner. I do want to upgrade my house's whole air alarm system that way it will be able to detect other things besides smoke. That way, my house will be safer.
