Griff has a background in the health care sector. He started in 1979 working on lighting installations and repairs. He obtained his electrical certification at Long Beach City College and worked at Dominguez Valley Hospital before launching Griff's Electric, Inc. in 1984.

Yesenia is the newest member of our team. She manages the Griff's Electric office, as well as customer relations. She came to us from a flooring manufacturer and is excited to learn more about the electrical world.

With over 30 years with Griff's Electric and in the electrical trade, Albert uses his knowledge and experience to find solutions for customers. His expertise includes troubleshooting, commercial sites, and motor controls. Albert celebrates his 37th anniversary with Griff's Electric in 2024.
Favorite Aspect of Career: Becoming part of the Griff's Electric family over the years.

Favorite Hobby: Traveling with his wife and enjoying time with his 2-year old grandson.

Jorge R. - Lead Electrician
Jorge began his electrical career in 2001 in the aerospace industry. After learning about heavy industrial hazardous locations and motor control installations, he moved into the construction industry. He furthered his experience in residential, commercial, and industrial building codes and systems. In 2009, Jorge joined the team at Griff's Electric.
Favorite Aspect of Career: Being able to create and build electrical systems that help people in many different environments and places.
Something Interesting About Him: Jorge has an 8-year old pet goldfish that does tricks for food flakes.
Favorite Hobby: Spending time with his family and watching the LA Rams.

As the newest apprentice of the Griff's Electric family, Steven comes to the company with a background in sales and as a Marine Corps Reservist where he is an electrician technician. He is pursuing his electrician certification from ABC SoCal.

Sidekick is the Griff's Electric Mascot and Office Watchcat. She visits each desk and checks on everyone at the office, making sure no one is too busy to visit with her.
